We have started the Heat Seal Battery business instead of supporting multinational brands. We are having experience in the maintenance, production, and quality control department. We are in Heat Sealed Battery Business Since the last 10 years, we observed that many other Heat Sealed Battery Machine manufacturers are failed due to the Intercell partition welding machine. As they can’t control rejection because machines are not designed for small-scale industries. Intercell partition welding is failed due to many reasons, some of them are Voltage variation, Welding transformer design, Lead alloy used for Intercell welding straps, container punching accuracy, the material used in PPC containers & lack of knowledge of weld controller. Most important is the accuracy of the machine. As per our observations & experience, there are many reasons for failure in Intercell partition welding technology.

We are technical persons & having hands-on experience in welding technology & weld controller, which used in Intercell welding technology.
